Playing Style

Theorealize is a deck built to get Medius the Pure onto the field and keep it there. The archetype's key spells all orbit that single monster: Theorealize Past Lull summons Medius directly from the Deck when the player controls an Artmage, DoomZ, or Elfnote card, while Theorealize Overdrive recovers it from the graveyard or banishment should it be removed. Once Medius is established, Theorealize Liberation becomes the deck's primary engine, searching or summoning any monster with 300 ATK and 200 DEF directly from the Deck, which opens access to a wide range of small monsters that would otherwise require specific conditions to deploy.

The archetype's construction strongly favours going first. Liberation's graveyard effect can retroactively treat any face-up monster as a Tuner, and Overdrive can freely reassign Levels from 1 to 10, giving the deck remarkable flexibility when building into Synchro or Xyz plays. Past Lull compounds this by returning Fusion, Synchro, or Xyz Monsters from the graveyard to a zone a Link Monster points to, meaning a board dismantled across one turn can be partially reconstructed using resources already spent.

The dependency on Medius is the deck's sharpest structural constraint. Every high-value play runs through it, and because Past Lull explicitly prevents the opponent from responding to its summon while Overdrive handles recovery, the archetype invests considerable redundancy into keeping that one piece alive rather than spreading its protection more broadly.
