The ideal end board for a Reptilianne deck is a field where every monster the opponent controls has been reduced to 0 ATK, leaving them open to either being stolen, tributed away, or destroyed in batches. Reptilianne Melusine is the centrepiece of that endgame: an 8-synchro that cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects when all its Synchro Material was Reptile, and that drains an opposing monster to 0 ATK each time the opponent activates a monster effect. With Serpent Suppression active, those zero-ATK monsters cannot even be destroyed by battle against Reptilianne attackers, making them permanent liabilities the opponent cannot easily remove.

Getting there relies on a web of ATK-zeroing effects that chain into one another. Reptilianne Lamia Special Summons itself from the hand by targeting an opposing monster and dropping its ATK to zero, then when sent as Synchro Material it zeroes out up to two further monsters. Reptilianne Nyami can be discarded during the Main Phase to zero a target immediately, then revive itself once a zero-ATK monster is on the opponent's field. Reptilianne Echidna ties the engine together after a Link Summon: it zeroes another monster on arrival, then converts each zero-ATK monster the opponent controls into a free search from the deck. Reptilianne Coatl extends the board further by Special Summoning additional Reptilianne monsters from hand in proportion to how many zero-ATK monsters the opponent is already sitting on.

Reptilianne Vaskii provides a complementary removal option, tributing two zero-ATK monsters from anywhere on the field to summon itself and then destroying one opposing monster per turn — an elegant way to convert the opponent's paralysed field into raw card advantage. Reptilianne Recoil adds another layer by stealing an opposing zero-ATK monster in response to a monster effect, turning the opponent's disruption into a free body on the Reptilianne side of the field.
