Power Tool

The end goal of a Power Tool deck is to sit behind a protected, heavily equipped Synchro Monster while gradually converting Equip Spells into card advantage or removal. Power Tool Dragon is the centrepiece of this ambition: each turn it rifles through the deck for Equip Spells, presenting three options and forcing the opponent to hand one over at random. That flow of Equip Spells sustains the whole strategy, feeding both Power Tool Mecha Dragon's draw trigger and the destruction-replacement shield that keeps Power Tool Dragon itself alive through battles it would otherwise lose.

When the setup goes further, Ultimaya Tzolkin enters play by sending two same-Level Synchro Monsters to the Graveyard, then drops Power Tool Braver Dragon directly from the Extra Deck the moment any Spell or Trap is Set. Braver Dragon immediately equips up to three Equip Spells from the deck or Graveyard to itself, and can spend them during either player's turn to negate monster effects or shift battle positions, giving the deck genuine interaction. Duel Link Dragon, the Duel Dragon adds another layer of resilience by copying a Power Tool or Dragon Synchro as a Token, then hiding behind that Token to avoid being targeted entirely.

The deck's Graveyard recursion is meaningful: Life Stream Dragon can banish Equip Spells from the Graveyard to avoid destruction, and Power Break returns them to the deck in bulk to deal incremental burn damage. Much of the strategy depends on Equip Spells remaining accessible across multiple zones, so heavy Graveyard disruption can interrupt the loop that keeps the board replenishing itself.
