Kozmo

Kozmo Dark Destroyer is the card the deck most wants to see on the field. Its untargetable body, immediate monster destruction on summon, and self-replacing death trigger make it a persistent threat that demands removal — and most removal simply fails against it. The entire archetype is built to put it into play as efficiently as possible, then follow it up the chain toward Kozmo Dark Eclipser or Kozmo Dark Planet to seal off Trap and Spell negation respectively.

The pathway there runs through the small Psychic-type pilots. Kozmo Tincan generates card advantage during the End Phase by loading the Graveyard and adding to hand, while Kozmo Farmgirl searches any Kozmo card the moment she connects for battle damage. Both can self-banish to Special Summon the next step up the ladder directly from the hand, chaining Kozmos of increasing Level until a large Machine arrives. Kozmoll Dark Lady bridges the gap at Level 5, offering monster effect negation while she waits to upgrade upward. Kozmotown ties everything together as a field spell, recycling banished monsters back to hand and filtering brick hands into fresh draws.

The chain of death triggers is what makes the archetype so resilient going first. Destroying a Kozmo Machine typically just summons another one from the deck, and the Psychic pilots replace themselves with something larger. Kozmojo converts that self-destruction into targeted banishment, punishing opponents for trying to clear the board conventionally. Floodgate strategies that shut off special summoning are the clearest way to interrupt the ladder, since the pilots have no way to climb without a Machine already in hand.
