Playing Style

The graveyard is the engine room of the Inzektor deck. Every key play begins by loading Insect monsters into it and then pulling them back as Equip Spells, turning individual monsters into self-contained weapons platforms that generate further advantage simply by having equipment sent to the graveyard. Inzektor Dragonfly and Inzektor Centipede sit at the centre of this loop: Dragonfly equips Inzektor Hornet from the hand or graveyard, then Hornet is sent to the graveyard to destroy any card on the field, and the destruction trigger on Dragonfly Special Summons another Inzektor from the Deck. Centipede runs the same sequence but converts the sent Equip Card into a search instead, letting the player rebuild their hand as quickly as they break the opponent's board. Repeating this cycle in a single turn can strip multiple threats from the field while simultaneously stocking the graveyard for the next round of plays.

Going first is generally the preference, as stacking the graveyard early allows the loop to fire with minimal setup on the following turn. Inzektor Giga-Mantis adds a revival dimension, returning a graveyard Inzektor when it leaves the field as an Equip Card, which keeps the chain of effects alive even under disruption. Inzektor Picofalena supports recovery at the Link Summoning step, shuffling spent Insects back into the Deck to draw fresh resources. Late game, Final Inzektion can convert a field full of equipped monsters into a full board wipe, and Inzektor Exa-Beetle provides a targeted removal outlet by sending one card on each side of the field to the graveyard per turn. Because so much of the strategy depends on Dragonfly and Centipede resolving without interference, hand traps that negate monster effects at the point of activation can interrupt the loop before it generates enough advantage to be self-sustaining.
