Playing Style
The @Ignister archetype runs a suite of small main deck monsters whose primary job is to search or generate the resources needed to climb into the Extra Deck. Achichi @Ignister grabs any Level 4 or lower member from the deck on summon, making it the most common starter, while Pikari @Ignister searches any "A.I." Spell or Trap, most often the field spell Ignister A.I.Land. That field spell then supplements the board by Special Summoning additional low-Level @Ignisters from the hand one at a time, each with a different Attribute, letting the deck stack the board quickly. Bururu @Ignister mills to the graveyard and recovers a monster when used as Synchro Material, Doyon @Ignister retrieves any @Ignister from the graveyard on summon, and Doshin @Ignister recycles a Link Monster back to the Extra Deck in exchange for A.I. Love Fusion, keeping the toolbox in constant circulation.
The end goal of most game plans is reaching The Arrival Cyberse @Ignister, a Link-6 that demands three or more monsters of different Attributes and enters the field completely unaffected by other cards' effects, with ATK scaling up to 6000 when built from six materials. Because Ignister A.I.Land pushes out monsters of different Attributes naturally, the deck is well suited to assembling the varied material the boss monster requires. Dark Infant @Ignister, a Link-1, fetches the field spell on its own summon and acts as an early stepping stone, while Dark Templar @Ignister and Fire Phoenix @Ignister provide intermediate Link bodies that also generate graveyard presence for later plays.
Going first, the deck aims to set up The Arrival alongside Allied Code Talker @Ignister, which can negate an opponent's card effect by tributing a co-pointed Link Monster. Danmari @Ignister backs up that defensive posture by negating attacks and, once The Arrival is live, can banish itself from the field or graveyard to suppress an opponent's card effect mid-turn. The deck's reliance on Ignister A.I.Land as its primary engine means disruption to the field spell before plays begin can slow development considerably, and A.I. Contact's draw-three effect only functions when the field spell is already active, tying much of the deck's card advantage generation to keeping that zone occupied.
