Playing Style

Fleur decks trade Life Points and field presence to generate advantage, then recover those spent resources through the graveyard effects of their central pieces. The archetype's primary body is Sauge de Fleur, a Level 8 DARK Spellcaster that Special Summons itself from the hand by destroying one friendly monster and one card on the field — a deliberate cost that clears the way for further plays while feeding the graveyard. When Sauge de Fleur is eventually sent from the field to the graveyard, it recovers a Level 1 Plant monster from the deck or graveyard, restoring the low-Level Tuner the deck sacrificed to summon it in the first place.

That recovery loop exists to fuel Synchro climbing towards Baronne de Fleur, a Level 10 WIND Warrior Synchro that anchors the end board. Baronne carries a once-per-turn targeted destruction effect and a one-use Quick Effect negation, giving the deck both a removal tool and interaction against the opponent's plays. Its Standby Phase ability to return itself to the Extra Deck and revive a Level 9 or lower monster from the graveyard means the investment in reaching it is never truly wasted.

Fleuret de Fleur supports the graveyard-to-board pipeline by reviving a Level 2 or lower monster directly from the graveyard and then migrating itself onto a Synchro Monster once it leaves the Spell and Trap Zone, keeping the equipped bonus in circulation. Because so much of the deck's momentum depends on successfully resolving Sauge de Fleur's Special Summon condition, boards that can negate hand effects before it lands can interrupt the chain before it begins.
