Eyes Restrict

The Eyes Restrict engine runs on a tight loop of Level 1 monsters and equip-theft effects that gradually strip the opponent's field while building an increasingly powerful attacker. Relinquished Fusion is the primary accelerant, banishing materials from the hand, field, or graveyard to bring out either Thousand-Eyes Restrict or Millennium-Eyes Restrict in a single quick-play window — and then, once it sits in the graveyard, it can be banished again to forcibly equip an opposing Effect Monster to whichever fusion is already on the field. Golden-Eyes Idol supplements this by copying the name of Thousand-Eyes Idol at instant speed, making it a viable Fusion material while also acting as a hand-inspection tool and, once it leaves the field through banishing or a send effect, equipping another opposing monster to a qualifying target.

Millennium-Eyes Restrict is the deck's most disruptive presence: when the opponent activates any monster effect, it can intercept and equip that monster to itself, negating every copy of that monster's name on the field and locking out attacks from anything sharing it. Millennium-Eyes Illusionist backs this up from the hand as a discard-speed interruption, equipping a threat without waiting for an activation trigger, and it recurs itself each time a qualifying monster is Special Summoned.

Illusionist Faceless Magician gives the deck resilience against removal. When a fusion or Relinquished is destroyed, it enters the field immediately from the hand or graveyard, and when it is later sent from the field it in turn revives the fusion it replaced. This back-and-forth between Faceless Magician and the Fusion monsters makes sustained removal difficult for the opponent to sustain profitably.
