Earthbound

Life points are both a resource and a trigger in the Earthbound deck. Several of its effects activate at or below 3000 LP, and Earthbound Greater Linewalker can reduce the opponent's LP to exactly that threshold on a Normal Summon, setting up Offering to the Immortals and other threshold-dependent plays. The deck's broader gameplan is to establish an Earthbound Immortal under a face-up Field Spell — primarily Earthbound Geoglyph or Earthbound Prison — and swing directly into the opponent's LP, since every Immortal carries an immunity to being targeted for attacks and the ability to attack directly.

Getting an Immortal onto the field requires Tribute fodder, and the Earthbound Prisoner engine handles that efficiently. Earthbound Prisoner Ground Keeper special summons another low-level Earthbound on arrival, while Earthbound Prisoner Line Walker fetches Earthbound Prison or Harmonic Synchro Fusion. Stone Sweeper self-summons in the presence of a Field Spell and can cycle into a Tuner. These pieces feed into DARK Synchro Monsters, with Earthbound Servant Geo Gryphon and Geo Gremlin providing both recovery and disruption, and Earthbound Geoglyph allowing a single Synchro Monster to count as two Tributes for an Immortal's summon.

Once an Immortal lands, the deck shifts into a pressure-and-punishment mode. Earthbound Whirlwind strips the opponent's entire Spell and Trap presence while the Immortal is live, Earthbound Wave counters Spell and Trap activations outright, and Earthbound Release converts a Tributed Immortal into a board wipe with direct burn. The graveyard refuels the engine throughout, with Earthbound Immortal Red Nova banishing itself to recycle Immortals or bridge into Red Nova Dragon as an additional threat.
