Deskbot

Deskbot is an archetype that snowballs quickly once it gets even a single piece moving. Normal Summoning Deskbot 003 is often all the deck needs to begin, as it immediately Special Summons another Deskbot from the deck, triggering Deskbot 002's search effect if that is the monster chosen. From there the field fills rapidly, with Deskbot 001 recurring itself from the graveyard whenever two or more Machine monsters are Special Summoned simultaneously, and Deskbot 004 able to extend further by Special Summoning two monsters from the hand or graveyard the moment it destroys something in battle. The Pendulum monsters 005 through 008 add a second layer of recovery, returning Deskbot monsters or cards from the graveyard each time their Pendulum Zones are destroyed.

The archetype's damage output scales directly with board size. Deskbot 009 can absorb the combined ATK of every other Deskbot on the field for a single enormous attack, while Deskbot 007 and 008 grow by 500 ATK per Deskbot card in the graveyard and carry built-in protection that forces the opponent's attacks into them specifically. Deskbot Base amplifies the whole board by a flat 500 and offers a hand-filter to dig for missing pieces, while its ultimate removal effect, banishing nine differently named Deskbots to shuffle the opponent's entire hand, field, and graveyard back into the deck, gives the archetype a late-game reset condition that most decks simply cannot answer once the graveyard is sufficiently stocked.
