Life Points are both a cost and a weapon for Chronomaly. The deck spends small chunks of LP to recycle monsters — Chronomaly Acambaro Figures returns from the graveyard for 1000 LP, Chronomaly Temple - Trilithon accelerates Normal Summons for 500 LP — while Number 6: Chronomaly Atlandis threatens to end games by halving the opponent's Life Points outright. The engine feeds itself through Chronomaly Nebra Disk, which searches any Chronomaly card on Normal Summon, and Chronomaly Crystal Skull, which trades itself from the hand for any Chronomaly monster in the deck or graveyard. Chronomaly Magella Globe adds another layer by tributing itself to recruit directly from the deck, then recovering from the graveyard by banishing a Chronomaly card to return to hand.

The graveyard accumulates quickly and is put to constant use. Chronomaly Tuspa Rocket mills a Chronomaly monster on summon to shrink an opponent's monster, Chronomaly Technology banishes a graveyard monster to filter the top of the deck, and Chronomaly City Babylon pairs two same-Level monsters in the graveyard to revive one of them. These recycling tools funnel the deck toward its Rank 4, 5, and 6 Xyz plays: Number 36: Chronomaly Chateau Huyuk zeroes out opposing ATK values and destroys monsters whose attack has been reduced, while Number 33: Chronomaly Machu Mech converts those same ATK reductions into direct damage and self-buffs. Chronomaly Esperanza Glyph can assemble an Xyz Summon from hand, deck, or graveyard mid-turn, giving the deck access to its Extra Deck threats even after its initial setup has been disrupted.
