Armed Dragon LV10 is the card the deck is built to resolve. Discarding a single card from hand to wipe every face-up monster the opponent controls is one of the most straightforward board-clearing effects in the game, and the entire strategy is structured around reaching it as efficiently as possible. The Thunder variants accelerate that climb considerably: Armed Dragon Thunder LV3 can immediately promote itself to a Level 5 or lower Armed Dragon from the Deck, and when sent to the graveyard to pay a Dragon effect cost it replaces itself with a draw. Armed Dragon Thunder LV5 follows the same pattern upward, fetching a Level 7 while adding a Level 5 or higher WIND Dragon from Deck to hand as it goes. Armed Dragon Thunder LV7 completes the chain by promoting directly into a Level 10 and adding any Armed Dragon card from the Deck when it leaves via that cost.

Armed Dragon Flash drops a Level 3 Armed Dragon directly from Deck in Defence Position, giving the deck a free entry point without committing a Normal Summon, while Armed Dragon Blitz can pull a second copy of any Armed Dragon already on the field, including ignoring summoning conditions to put LV10 down directly. Armed Dragon LV10 White supplements the strategy from a different angle, assembling itself by banishing Armed Dragon monsters from field or graveyard whose Levels total ten, then searching White Veil on arrival to shut off the opponent's targeted monster effects during battle.

The presence of Ojamatch and Ojama Pajama ties the archetype to a secondary LIGHT Machine Fusion package culminating in Armed Dragon Catapult Cannon, whose Quick Effect banishes an opponent's entire field and graveyard once per turn, making it an exceptionally punishing endgame threat for opponents who have already spent their disruptions.
